Carlson Library has four study rooms that can be reserved for group or individual study for academic purposes.  Priority is given to semester long workshops.  TAs may reserve rooms for pre-exam review sessions.  When rooms are not reserved, they are available for group or individual study on a first come, first served basis. Semester reservations end on the last day of classes.

Self Reservations: Anyone within the University of Rochester community may use this system to reserve a room up to two weeks* ahead for academic purposes.  Use your University of Rochester email.  You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation.

*Note: Making self reservations is limited shortly before and during the first 3 weeks of each semester.

Email CarlsonWebRef@library.rochester.edu (monitored M - F  9 am - 5 pm)
