Data and code are increasingly discussed as first-class research outputs, on par with scholarly articles. The Leadership in Education Cluster (UCIS - University Committee for Interdisciplinary Studies) invites you to participate in an event titled “Beyond the article: data & code as independent scholarly outputs”. In this session, we’ll discuss how to share your data and code to meet publisher requirements, to increase your research impact, and to open up your scholarship to new audiences.
**Event rescheduled from March 2nd to March 30th**
The event will happen in Gamble Room (Rush Rhees Library, 3rd floor - use elevator in Lam Square to access) on Friday, March 30, from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm (light lunch included - registration required).
Presenter: Lauren DiMonte is Data and Research Impact Librarian at the University of Rochester. In this role, she coordinates research data management services and leads initiatives that foster critical and creative engagements with data, data science, and new technologies.
