How to Publish in Literary Journals

How to Publish in Literary Journals In-Person

Publishing work in literary journals can be an intimidating process. In this interactive presentation, we'll talk about how to research journals, write cover letters, collaborate with editors, and get the word out about your writing. We'll focus specifically on publishing fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and art.

This event is part of the "How to Publish in the Humanities." A series for graduate and undergraduate students to explore the practical aspects of sharing their writing with a wider audience.

For questions, please contact Samantha Steiner, MFA, Ph.D student, English, Samantha.SteinerM@gmail.com and Kristen Totleben, Open Publishing Librarian, ktotleben@library.rochester.edu
