How do we get there? Integrating mindfulness and helpful habits into our research goals Online
A 30-minutes-per-week drop in session on research problem solving group. (Mar-May) We will explore the connections between goal setting, mindfulness, and achieving research goals. We’ll try out new practices for success, such as A) keeping a research journal to stay organized, B) managing attention, stress, and distractions, and C) organizing rewrites towards publication goals. All Warner students, staff and faculty are invited to attend! Led by hosts Eileen Daly Boas (Rush Rhees Library) and Eve Tulbert (doctoral candidate), this is an opportunity to build community, meet your colleagues, and achieve new research goals!
