Love Data Week! The relationship between you and your data points In-Person

Every time you visit a website, check your email, or scroll through social media, you unintentionally leave behind data. These personal datapoints are used to create digital portraits that can be used for advertising, to model political opinions, and much more. In this hands-on workshop you will investigate your data shadow and get tips for managing the long-tail of data you leave across the internet. You will also explore key concepts in data privacy and data security and learn more about the social facets of data collection and data analysis.
