LibAnswers Ticketing Onboarding (RCL Staff) - Option 2 In-Person / Online
Join us to learn about RCL's new ticketing system! LibAnswers ticketing will integrate with LibChat and current email systems to create a staff-friendly system for tracking patron questions and interactions while providing our users with a seemless experience.
This session is a repeat of the sessoin offered on Wednesday, December 19th from 1:00–2:00 PM to accomodate different schedules.
